Where to find Seppuku in Elden Ring
In order to find, Seppuku in Elden Ring, visit the Mountaintops of the Giant region. Once you reach that region, locate the Freezing Lake’s Site of Grace. Roam around the nearby areas and search for the frozen lake. Near to the lake, cross the lake and keep moving until you find a small patch of land. Then, search for the scarab and slay it down to collect the Seppuku.
To use the skill, you have to stab it inside your own stomach and it will take 10% of HP from your health bar to trigger its effect. Make sure you don’t use the skill when you are running low on HP or facing a higher level boss beyond your fighting capacity. Also, note that it requires 4 FPs and is a non-chargeable skill.
