The Trailblazer is a 5-Star character that begins with the Physical element. Under The Destruction Path, they are the perfect character for dealing massive damage to single and multiple targets. If you want to improve The Trailblazer to enhance their abilities, here's how you can build them.
The Trailblazer's Best Build & Relic Sets
When choosing the right set and stats for The Trailblazer, most of what you will want to focus on is ATK, Physical DMG, and CRIT Stats. The Trailblazer is best in the Main or Sub-DPS role, so these stats should be the main priority when building them. Here is the best Relic Set for them.
4-Set Of Champion Of Streetwise Boxing
A 2-Set of Champion of Streetwise Boxing will give The Trailblazer a 10 percent increase to their Physical DMG. Its 4-Set will increase their ATK by 5 percent for the rest of the battle after The Trailblazer attacks or gets hit. This effect can stack up to 5 times. This set is ideal for the Physical element version of The Trailblazer, as it will give the much-needed buff to Physical DMG and ATK to give them high damage output. The Trailblazer's Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate all use ATK as the stat that will increase their damage. When choosing the stats for the Relic Set, here are the best ones for The Trailblazer.

You'll want to focus greatly on ATK for The Trailblazer, since this is where most of their damage comes from. If you'd rather build up their CRIT Stats for their Link Relic, however, this can also be a good choice to deal massive damage. Effect Break is also an important stat to have, as The Trailblazer's Talent will allow their ATK to increase by 12 percent every time they create a Weakness Break.

The Trailblazer's Best Light Cones
Just like with The Trailblazer's Relic Set, you'll want to choose Light Cones that give them a buff to ATK, CRIT Stats, or their Weakness Break abilities. The Trailblazer should be prioritized as a character on the team to use Weakness Break frequently, so it is highly recommended to focus on improving this ability as much as possible. Here are some of the best Light Cones for The Trailblazer.
5-Star Light Cone: On The Fall Of An Aeon
On the Fall of an Aeon will increase The Trailblazer's ATK by 8 percent whenever they attack, up to 4 times in the battle. When The Trailblazer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, The Trailblazer's DMG will increase by 12 percent for 2 turns. On the Fall of an Aeon is the best weapon you can give The Trailblazer if you're lucky enough to have it. It focuses on improving all The Trailblazer's best abilities, including ATK and Weakness Break.
4-Star Light Cone: Under The Blue Sky
Under the Blue Sky will increase The Trailblazer's ATK by 16 percent. When The Trailblazer defeats an enemy, their CRIT Rate will increase by 12 percent for 3 turns. This is a great alternative Light Cone for The Trailblazer, as it will still cover important stats for them including ATK and CRIT Rate. With this Light Cone, we recommend adding CRIT DMG to your Relic Set stats.
3-Star Light Cone: Collapsing Sky
Collapsing Sky will increase The Trailblazer's Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 20 percent. If you are still towards the beginning of Honkai Star Rail, this will be the best 3-Star Light Cone to give to The Trailblazer. You won't need to worry too much about extra stats when you're this early on in the game, so the focus on increasing the damage from The Trailblazer's Basic ATK and Skill are what will get you through your battles.

The Trailblazer's Best Team Compositions
When you are picking out a team to pair with The Trailblazer, you'll want to make sure to bring along support members to buff The Trailblazer's abilities.
