The Circumstances of Slachta's Death

According to Thomas Gilbert, Gloucester County Prosecutors Office chief, Slachta landed on the ground after jumping from the plane owned by Skydrive Cross Keys, the company that provides the opportunity for individuals to jump at Cross Keys Airport in Monroe Township's Williamstown portion. Slachta's parachute was deployed at the normal altitude upon exiting the airplane and appeared to be fully inflated. There are no indications of any equipment failure at the time of the incident. All further details are pending investigation.
