Switchyards Locations in NC

I work for the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources and I am beginning to develop a voluntary program to reduce switchyards idling locomotives emissions. I am new to this industry, so I was wondering if anyone knows more details about where these switchyards are located in North Carolina and who owns them. Any help will be really appreciated.
