At the beginning of this chapter, Marin goes to her go-to hair shop to get a fresh look for Christmas Eve. When Marin’s hairstylist, Manabu, saw her wearing such plain clothing, he naturally had to know why. Marin tells him she’s having supper at Gojo’s and opts for a low-key meal.
Marin then goes to the supermarket to stock up on supplies. She couldn’t decide what to make for supper, but after looking around the store she found some premade meals and decided to buy them. Marin then goes to Gojo’s residence and helps him cook dinner. The assortment of food startled Gojo’s grandfather. Marin then had to remind him that Christmas has arrived.
Dress is completed
Gojo, nearing the end of chapter 94, has an inspiration regarding how to better craft Marin’s kimono. So in chapter 95, Gojo will get the dress fabric that she ordered online. He promises to give it his all to make it the best it can be.
Perhaps Marin won’t make an appearance in the upcoming chapter. The chapter may end on a cliffhanger with Gojo finishing the dress, but the mangaka likely won’t actually display the finished product until the beginning of chapter 96.
