Obviously it's a massive center stone in a halo setting with more pave diamonds on the band. This is super weird, but I an anonymous tipster emailed me to say the center stone is 7 carats—just like Joe's mother's. I can't confirm or deny either of those stats, but I will say that seems low to me. Sofia is 5'7" so it's not like she has child-size hands, and that center stone is almost as wide as her finger.

Sofia joked to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson last night that she checked out the ring before agreeing to the proposal: "You know with me it's all about the bling-bling, so he knew what I needed. I opened [the ring] up and I checked it to see, and then I was like, Yes!.' No I'm joking. He's so handsome that it I would have said OK, anyway."

So far details are scant, but as of now, Sofia and Joe are planning a fall wedding. "It's going to be big," she revealed with a grin. "We started off with 20 [on the guest list], and now there's like pages and pages."
