Ryne Sandberg came down with an awful case of diarrhea after eating what some have called an under cooked Shake Shack burger at CitiField up in New York a week or so back. The burger joint (full disclosure: I had a caramel milkshake and a single SmokeShack at the King of Prussia location on Saturday) bounced back today by getting the Phillies skipper in one of their t-shirts and posted it to Twitter.

As the tweet mentions, and just like in baseball, sometimes runs put you in the win column.
