On August 20, Korean media reported about a cryptic account of a variety show actress, Seo Min-jae. Who allegedly exposed the former Winner member, Nam Tae-hyun of using hard drugs.
Taehyun made his debut as a member of the YG Entertainment boy group Winner. But departed from the boy group three years after. Now it has been claimed that Taehyun uses the drug Philopon.

Who Is Nam Tae Hyun?
Nam Tae-hyun (born May 10, 1994), also known as Taehyun, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, producer and actor. In March 2017, he founded a music label, South Buyers Club.
Sometime afterwards, the label was renamed to The South. Under the label, Nam debuted the band South Club. Of which he is leader, main vocalist, guitarist, and main composer. He was previously the main vocalist of K-pop group Winner.
In November 2019, Nam announced that he closed his music label and the band signed with new management.
Nam participated in the production of Winner’s debut album, 2014 S/S, which released in August 2014. He co-composed three songs from the album – But, “Tonight” and his solo track “Confession”.
The Situation Of Nam Tae Hyun
On August 20, the SNS influencer and cast member of the Korean reality series accused her business partner and former Winner member Nam Tae Hyun of assaulting her and using drugs.

For those unversed, Seo Min Jae and Nam Tae Hyun own a bar called Unison in Itaewon together.
Seo Min Jae is also an influencer and engineer of a car company, as reported by Koreaboo, the two have been very close for a long time.
Seo Min Jae issued the accusation online, as part of a post she uploaded, and it alleged, “Nam Tae Hyun does philopon, the needle he used is either in my room or in my office cabinet, and he hits me.”
Since then the post has been deleted but it followed a series of broken posts and unpredictable activity which raised eyebrows from netizens.
