See Rumer Willis' New Bright Orange and Pink Hair Color
Guys, I am kind of mesmerized by Rumer Willis' technicolor pink-and-orange hair. I can't stop staring at this photo taken over the weekend. Most recently, Rumer's hair had been a pale pink-apricot color, but she's really amped it up for summertime.
