Sea of Thieves Season 3
One of the biggest highlights of E3 2021 was the announcement that Captain Jack Sparrow himself would be joining the popular pirate game, Sea of Thieves.
The update, known as ‘A Pirate’s Life’, is set to release on June 22nd for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Consoles. The eager Disney fans amongst the Sea of Thieves community will likely want to know a more specific release time for Jack Sparrow’s arrival. Thankfully, DualShockers have got all the details.

Sea of Thieves – Season 3
Season 3 of Sea of Thieves will be titled ‘A Pirate’s Life’ and will be in collaboration with Disney. The update will bring Captain Jack Sparrow and more Pirate’s of The Caribbean content to Sea of Thieves when it arrives on June 22nd.
The update will be free for all players, and will simply require users to download a new patch when released.
A Pirate’s Life will see players rescue Captain Jack Sparrow from a sticky predicament, they will then set sail alongside the legend himself to uncover secrets, encounter famous characters, and clash with Davy Jones himself. Players will also be able to visit new locations inspired by Disney’s Pirates of The Caribbean franchise.
The official Twitter account for Sea of Thieves has also announced that brand new Twitch drops will be available for the launch of Season 3. From June 25th until June 28th, watch anyone streaming Sea of Thieves on Twitch to earn three covetable charcoal-coloured cosmetics.
