the best way is to go to a university library and use the Sanford insurance maps.  Some will be online and some may be available in large books (bring camera to take photo).

That's actually Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps. I do environmental assessments and other work with land parcels and this is just one tool for looking at and reporting details on a piece of land. they. along with United States Geological Survey (USGS) maps are great for finding track "layouts" within a municipality, if you're trying to replicate the prototype.
