West Lafayette, April 14, 2006 - Purdue University suspended a fraternity for the third time this year.

The university said members of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity stripped a drunk, fellow brother down to his boxer shorts, bound him in duct tape and left him outside in sub-zero weather.

The fraternity was on probation at the time for hazing violations. Their national organization also investigated the incident, suspended some members and expelled others.
