Power Within brings anime-themed goodies
If you've been working through the NBA 2K22 achievements and have been hoping for a little more content to get stuck into, have no fear; Season 5 starts tomorrow and brings an anime twist to The City and Cancha Del Mar. Balling to the new soundtrack additions from Ninja Tune, Power Within unlocks a rare power within players for an anime experience featuring Kevin Durant, Rui Hachimura, and Paolo Banchero.
MyCAREER will be updated with new court floors and murals, quests, and rewards such as new Level 40 rewards in the way of Wildcat, Viper, Knight, and Beast Affiliation Skins, depending on who you're affiliated with. The Affiliation Skins are for Xbox Series X|S consoles only, though, with Xbox One users having access to mascots. All MyTEAM cards will be receiving regular updates for the rest of the regular season as well, in the way of Dynamic Ratings. The updates will be for the six MyTEAM collections alongside the NBA 7F Domination tier, which features Galaxy Opal Paul Millsap, Dark Matter Ray Allen, and more.
The W* for Xbox Series X|S will be offering 4,000 VC, an extra Badge Point, 2K Breakthrough Gear, a Seasonal Clothing Bundle, and a Custom Player Indicator for tiers one through three, with the Hall of Fame tier offering up cards for the legendary Sacramento players Ticha Penicheiro and Yolanda Griffith.
