Nigerian lady insists on divorce, forges documents to take husband’s cars, house

A Twitter user @BolanleCole has revealed details of an ongoing divorce saga between a couple. 

According to him, the unnamed man, who had gotten divorced from his previous wife, got married to another Nigerian lady. However, after a few years of marriage, the Nigerian wife suddenly declared that she wanted a divorce.

The lady, in a bid to acquire her husband’s properties after the divorce, took all the original documents of the man’s properties and forged fakes, claiming in court that she owned the properties. However, the husband’s lawyer had Certified True Copies of the public and private documents to prove the woman’s claim false.

According to @BolanleCole, the woman’s husband has vowed to sue his wife for forgery.

He states,

“A man who divorced his UK wife, came to Nigeria got married to a Nigerian Lady, after few years of Love and affection, the lady said she was no longer interested. Instituted an action in court, saying the House which they lived in whom truly is for the Man with all appliances, exotic cars belongs to her. Before the Husband could know her intentions, the safe in their house where all Original Documents are being kept,”

“the lady had gone to remove all the documents, forged them and saying that she owns all the properties, she went to the Land Registry for issuance of another copy of the House Documents in her name. Brought those evidences to court, court admitted but the guy’s Lawyer brought their own CTC of the public documents and copies of the Private documents. The Court quashed the evidences of the Woman. Now Husband don vex say after the marriage divorce petition, he’s suing the Wife for Forgery!!! As e dey hot!!!”
