‘Nic left a mark on this world’: Savannah Chrisley pays tribute to her ex-fiance Nic Kerdiles as she resumes work

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Savannah Chrisley is back to work after taking a break to mourn the tragic death of her ex-fiance Nic Kerdiles who died in a motorcycle crash on September 23.

The reality star, 26, released the first episode of her 'Unlocked' podcast since Kerdiles’ death and dedicated it to the former NHL player.

Savannah Chrisley reveals podcast episode was recorded before Nic Kerdiles’ death

In the episode, Chrisley explained that it was recorded weeks before Kerdiles’ death and that she mentioned her current relationship with former football star Robert Shiver whom she confirmed she was dating in September.

She said she wanted to respect Kerdiles, his family, and everyone who was hurting by not airing anything last week.

“This episode that you are about to hear was filmed weeks and weeks ago,” she said, adding “It’s just now airing, but it was filmed before Nic Kerdiles passed away.”

“In this episode, I do mention my current relationship,” she continued. “But I’m also mourning the loss of someone who meant the absolute world to me," she said, as per RadarOnline

Savannah Chrisley reflects on her six-year relationship with Nic Kerdiles

“Nic and I were in each other’s lives for six years, we were engaged and there were so many great memories and at the end of the day, Nic made a huge impact on my life and he left such a mark on this world,” Chrisley said.

“I cannot tell you how many people have reached out and told me stories about how Nic had impacted their life," Chrisley said.

Chrisley and Kerdiles were in each other’s lives for six years and were engaged at one point.

They broke up in 2020 but remained close friends. Chrisley said Kerdiles made a huge impact on her life and left a mark on the world.

Savannah Chrisley urges listeners to love and love hard

She concluded by urging her listeners to love and love hard, as that was what Kerdiles did. She also said she loved him and would miss him forever.

“And if his passing teaches us anything, I think it’s to love and love hard. And to treat people with so much love and kindness because that’s exactly what he did. So Nic, I love you, you’ll be missed and you left a mark,” she said.

The 29-year-old Kerdiles died from injuries sustained after he ran a stop sign and collided with a BMW in a residential area in Nashville.

The publication, citing a source, said Savannah struggled to cope with Kerdiles’ death and is taking it "hour by hour."

He added it was a devastating blow for her and her family, who loved him as a "family member."
