Madison Beer Shares Candid Posts Celebrating ‘One Year Clean of Self-Harm’
It looks like Beer has at least one such friend. “A year today. Proud of everything you do but this one’s especially important to me," her friend wrote on the card. "You being here means so much to me. Can’t even put it into words. On your side always LB. Through everything. No matter what.”
Beer was incredibly grateful for the support, writing, “Don’t even have the words to describe how grateful I am for this one. @lenafultz you have been my guardian angel and a light in the dark. I am so so lucky to have found you…thank you for always hearing me, seeing me, and loving me, exactly how I am.”

The 21-year-old with more than 20 million followers concluded her posts with a message to anyone else struggling with their mental health and self-harm. "If you are struggling at all, please please know it does get better and you are so valid and worthy of love and I believe in you,” she wrote.
Unfortunately, mental health issues are still an incredibly taboo topic, so we love to see celebrities—from Demi Lovato to Selena Gomez to Madison Beer—not only seeking help but openly sharing their experiences with their fans.
