Lagos Governor awards N10m to LASU’s best graduating student with 5.0 CGPA
The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has awarded a whopping N10m to Lagos State University (LASU)’s best-graduating student, Yusuf Aminat Imoitesemeh, who bagged a Law degree with a 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
Babajide Sanwo-Olu made the donation today, June 22, at the university’s 26th convocation ceremony.

According to the governor, he is donating N5m to the brilliant student from his personal account and then another N5m from the State Government.
“She got 5.0 in law. I think she deserves a round of applause.

“As a token of her brilliance, I will be giving her a token donation of N5m. And the State Government will give her an additional donation of N5m.
“Well done, congratulations,” the Governor said.
