Family member takes to Facebook to share the heartbreaking photos from 'last time' they met Kaylee Goncalves

On November 10, a family member shared several photos of Kaylee Goncalves with her family, including one image of her in skiing gear.

The caption to the post read, "One year ago today (around 10 am) I saw Kaylee for the last time. I watched her put Murphy in her backseat and pull out of the driveway in her new little Range Rover. She was so proud and happy. I know I ask for a lot of prayers but please pray for us today...thank you all!!!"

Some of the pictures included Madison Mogen, who had been friends with Kaylee since they were children.

During a candlelight vigil in December 2022, Kaylee's father, Steven Goncalves, said, "These girls were absolutely beautiful. They’ve been friends since sixth grade … Every day they did homework together, they came to our house together, they shared everything. And in the end, they died together, in the same room, in the same bed. And it’s a shame, and it hurts."

Goncalves family demands Bryan Kohberger not be given pre-trial special treatment

Kristi Goncalves, Kaylee Goncalves' mother, reportedly said that Bryan Kohberger's behavior and appearance in court make her sick.

"It makes me sick that he sits there in his suit, and he sits there and taps his hands," noted Kristi, adding that she is shocked to see Kohberger "not in handcuffs, not in shackles, one or the other, or both, and in orange."

Kohberger has pleaded not guilty to four counts of first-degree murder and one charge of burglary and maintains his innocence.
