Here I will list the cyberdeck upgrade locations. I will describe when and where to find them including images and maps. I will also list the cyberdeck levels and their abilities.
Cyberdeck Levels
As you find more upgrades, your cyberdeck will become more powerful with new abilities. In this table, I have listed all Cyberdeck levels and their abilities.

Cyberdeck Upgrade Locations
There are a total of 11 cyberdeck upgrades (CDU on the map below) in the game, but you only need 9 to fully upgrade the cyberdeck and just 8 to get all cyberdeck-related achievements. I have listed them in the same order as in the story walkthrough. You can get them mostly in any order, but some require the abilities of an upgraded cyberdeck.

Upgrade 01
Cluster 13 - Northwest from the armor vendor at the edge of a building.
Upgrade 02
No Man's Land - Inside a red chest on the roof of a building between No Man's Land and Grinder.
Upgrade 03
Coder's Cove - During the main mission Trading Places in the area where you meet nogHead.
Upgrade 04
The Glut - During the side mission Prison Break in the northwest corner of the prison.
Upgrade 05
Cosmodrome - In a locked room (ICE 1) in the Dock C6 area inside a red chest.
Upgrade 06
Nitroad - In the locked room (ICE 2) labeled as Storage 16B in front of the BioChoice Pharma Facility inside a red chest.
Upgrade 07
AG Data Vault - During the main mission Data Miner inside dNexus.
Upgrade 08
CorpZone - In a locked chest (ICE 1) in the lower area in the southwest part of corpZone.
Upgrade 09
Lanier’s Apartment - During the main mission Trace Protocol in the security office.
Upgrade 10
exMat Lab - During the main mission Trace Protocol in the room with the Mainframe terminal.
Upgrade 11
Arcology: Pinnacle - During the main mission Syntax Error at the edge of the eastern roof terrace area.
