Each Go & See visit is led by a host organization – not McKinsey – so participants can hear directly about best practices from fellow leaders. The conversation may delve into topics such as what inspired their transformation, how it progressed, and where the company is today. We offer a portfolio of these visits in multiple formats: 2-3 hour virtual sessions or half/full day in-person sessions, multi-client or bespoke.
