David BRAITHWAITE Obituary (2021) - Auckland, Auckland

BRAITHWAITE, David Joseph. (OBE, FACA, Freedom of the City of Hamilton). Passed away peacefully Thursday 18th March 2021 after spending the evening with family. Aged 83 years. Most dearly loved husband of Rae, much loved and loving father of Mark, Pennie and Nicholas, cherished Poppa and best friend of Georgia, Sam, Miranda, Joseph and Archie. Caring and generous, a piano player with a quick sense of humour, he was a wonderful gentleman and is forever in our hearts. A service to celebrate David's life to be held on Wednesday 24 March at The Waikato Cathedral Church of St Peter, 51 Victoria Street, Hamilton at 11.30 am.
