Covered Bridge festival returns to Parke County
One of the largest and most popular festivals of the fall in Indiana started Friday.
PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - One of the largest and most popular festivals of the fall in Indiana started Friday.
The central location for the 60th annual Parke County Covered Bridge Festival is in Rockville, but you can find unique covered bridges all over Parke County. It's a 10-day festival that spotlights 31 historic covered bridges, along with food, crafts, shopping and entertainment.
The courthouse lawn in Rockville is one of the most popular spots but you can also find plenty of festivities in Bridgeton, Mansfield and Rosedale.
The festival runs thru Sunday, October 23.
