CEO pays $10M for priciest home in Wrightsville Beach – WSOC TV

WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, N.C. — After being on the market for most of the past three years, a home in Wrightsville Beach now belongs to a new owner.

Roger Jeffs, the former CEO of United Therapeutics and the current CEO of Morrisville public company Liquidia Corp., paid $10 million for an Intracoastal waterway-front home in May, according to the deed filed in New Hanover County.
