Breaking: Autopsy reveals how Davido’s son, Ifeanyi died

An autopsy report conducted on the body of Davido’s late son, Ifeanyi, has confirmed he died of drowning.

Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this in a telephone chat with our correspondent on Saturday.

According to Hundeyin, “Autopsy has been concluded. Ifeanyi died by drowning.”

Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of popular Nigerian musician, Davido and fiancee, Chioma Rowland, lost his life after he drowned in a swimming pool at Davido’s Banana Island home on Monday, October 31, 2022.

Davido’s cook and nanny likely to face charges

Meanwhile, Skabash.com earlier reported that following the unfortunate death of Ifeanyi Adeleke, the two prime suspects are likely to spend more time in police custody.

The autopsy report would be needed to clear the nanny and the cook of any wrongdoing in connection with Ifeanyi’s death.

Reports emerged on Wednesday that the nanny and the cook were directly in charge of Ifeanyi’s welfare and may likely be liable for negligence.
