BREAKING: APC disqualifies 10 presidential aspirants
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disqualified 10 presidential aspirants.
This was announced by Chief John Oyegun, Chairman of the Presidential Screening Committee and former National Chairman of the party, on Friday. He, however, did not reveal the names of the disqualified aspirants.

The screening exercise was held on Monday and Tuesday with cleared aspirants set for a showdown with delegates in Abuja from June 6 to 8, barring any change in the mode of primaries.
On Tuesday, President Muhammadu Buhari met with governors elected under the platform of the APC.
The President had in the meeting solicited their support in choosing his successor.
At the end of the meeting, the governors entered another session where they deliberated the President’s comments.

On Thursday, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, alongside five governors of the APC, met with the National Chairman of the APC, Abdullahi Adamu, at the official residence of the vice president.
