There are 7 Supremos you need to acquire for this achievement. 6 are purchased from Juan for 100 depleted uranium each, the last is earned for completing the "Triada Blessings" Yaran Story. 50 Depleted Uranium is found at each Anti-Aircraft Site, so you will need to hit at least 12.
