Following the death of the rapper and member of the Migos group, Takeoff, many people started to ask if Dotson is the rapper himself or his reincarnation because of the strong resemblance they bear.

Takeoff

Takeoff, a well-known American rapper, gained fame as the youngest member of Migos, a hip-hop trio that also included his uncle, Quavo, and cousin, Offset.

Together, the group achieved multiple top-10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, such as MotorSport (featuring Nicki Minaj and Cardi B), Stir Fry, Walk It Talk It (featuring Drake), and Bad and Boujee (featuring Lil Uzi Vert), with the last one reaching the top spot on the chart, although Takeoff did not participate in the single.

Takeoff’s success also led to two Grammy Award nominations. However, on November 1, 2022, he was killed in Houston, Texas.

Following a private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling in the GreenStreet commercial development area of Houston, Takeoff was shot multiple times in the head and torso.

The incident occurred after an altercation broke out among a large group gathered outside the venue’s third-floor entrance, with at least two gunshots being fired.
