Not aware of any other than the 15mb pdf. I suspect if you want a 'skinny' version you'll need to edit it down. Possibilities are to use a PDF editor or do a conversion to Word (plenty offer that service free on the web) and then edit out what you don't want in the doc.
The PDF has a reasonable index that, for reasons that escape me, is not included in the Official Guide.
I don't believe there is any Player's Edition any more.
